Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we make returns and refunds simple and fair.

Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at hello@gildeddesi.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed. Please note:

- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We do not offer refunds for gift cards or promotional discounts
- If your item was a gift, we can issue store credit upon request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gildeddesi.com with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement where possible or full refund at no additional cost.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

- Are not in original condition
- Are returned beyond the 14-day window
- Are missing tags, packaging, or proof of purchase
